  • Web: go to microsoft.com/redeem, sign in with your Microsoft account and enter the 25-character code.

  • Console: press the Xbox button, open the Store, press the View button and choose "Redeem", then enter the code.

The balance lands on your Microsoft account and works across Xbox and the Microsoft Store.
