Your reward card is delivered as an activation link from the card issuer, not as a code to type in. To get your card:
Open the activation link from your order page or order email. It opens the card issuer's own site, so the web address won't say Cryptorefills. That's expected.
Activate the card to see your card number, expiry date and security code. Save these somewhere safe, you'll need them each time you pay.
Once activated, spend the card anywhere in the United States that accepts American Express, online, in store, or by adding it to a digital wallet. It can't be used at ATMs or for recurring billing. To check your balance, go to amexrewardcard.com.
