Spending limits explained

Every account has a daily and a monthly spending limit. They are set out in full in the Terms of Service.

The limits

• Up to 5,000 euro per day.
• Up to 10,000 euro per month.

Verification for higher amounts

If your spending goes beyond these limits, a quick identity verification is required, handled securely by our third-party verification partner. No verification is needed for purchases that stay within the limits.

Why an order might be declined

If an order is rejected, hitting a daily or monthly limit is a common cause. The daily limit resets 24 hours after your last purchase, and the monthly limit at the start of each month. Waiting for the reset, or completing verification, usually resolves it.
