- Why gift cards are region-specificMost gift cards only work in the country or region they were bought for. A US Amazon card, for example, works on Amazon.com but not Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de. Check the country and product details on the product page before you pay, because region-locked cards can't be refunded once delivered.
- How to redeem an Amazon gift cardCopy your claim code, go to amazon.com/gc/redeem and sign in, then under "Manage your balance" choose "Redeem another Gift Card", enter the code, and click Apply. The balance is added to your Amazon account immediately. Use the Amazon storefront that matches the region your card was bought for.
- How to redeem a Google Play gift cardCopy your code, go to play.google.com/redeem (or open the Play Store app, tap your profile, then "Payment & subscriptions" and "Redeem gift code"), paste the code, and tap Redeem. The balance is added to your Google account instantly. The card must match your account's country.
- How to redeem an Apple gift cardCopy your code, go to apple.com/shop/redeem and sign in with your Apple ID, then select Redeem and enter the code. The balance is added to your Apple ID and works across the App Store, iTunes, Apple Music, iCloud, and Apple TV+.
- How to redeem a Netflix gift cardCopy the PIN from your gift card, go to netflix.com/redeem and log in, then paste the code into the field and click Redeem. The balance is applied to your Netflix account. Use a card issued for the country your Netflix account is in.
- How to redeem a PlayStation Store gift cardCopy your code, go to store.playstation.com or open the PlayStation Store on your console, sign in and go to "Redeem Codes", then enter your code. The funds are added to your PlayStation Network wallet instantly. Use a PSN account in the card's region.
- How to redeem a Roblox gift cardCopy your code, go to roblox.com/redeem and sign in, then enter the code and click Redeem. Your Robux or credit is added to your account. Use a card issued for the same region as your Roblox account.
- How to redeem a Steam gift cardCopy your code, open the Steam app and go to your Wallet, then on the "Add Funds" page choose "Redeem a Steam gift card or wallet code", paste the code, and click Continue. Steam cards are region-locked and the card currency must match your account.
- The product I want is out of stockAn out-of-stock notice means the product is temporarily unavailable. Restock usually takes 6 to 24 hours, so check back after 6 hours. In the meantime, a different denomination of the same brand may be in stock, for example a 100 euro card if the 200 euro one is out.
- Can I send a gift card to someone else?Yes. Enter the recipient's email address at checkout so the code goes straight to them, or buy it for yourself and forward the email with the code afterwards.
