My gift card code isn't working
Most rejected codes come down to region or entry. Check that the card matches the brand's region, that you're on the brand's official redeem page, and that you've entered the code exactly with no extra spaces. If it still fails, contact support with your order ID and a screenshot of the error.
Region or country error when redeeming
A region or country error means the card was issued for a different country than your account. Most gift cards only work in their issuing country, and VPNs don't get around this. Check the card's region against your account, and contact support if you think the wrong region was delivered.
